It’s officially November, which means cozy warm drinks, fuzzy mittens, walks through the woods, and maxi dresses.  No, seriously.

Earlier this week, I wrote about how I like to maximize my wardrobe and wear seasonal fashion year-round.  Today I’m sharing one more outfit that illustrates this approach, using the same maxi dress (pro tip: it’s currently 50% off!).

To turn this summer staple into fall fashion, I paired it with some studded booties and my new favourite suede jacket.  I’ve had this beauty of a jacket on my Pinterest board for almost a year now, but when I went to Nordstrom to find it, they were completely sold out.  The sales associate offered to track one down for me while I continued to shop, then she had it shipped directly to my door.  If it didn’t fit, I could return it for a full refund, so I figured it was low risk.  It’s a great price point for the quality and I plan on wearing it year-round as well.
