I've been wanting new wine glasses for years. Our previous "set" consisted of a mix of stemless wine glasses and stemmed wine glasses, a red wine glass set I inherited from my aunt (that was missing three glasses), champagne flutes, white wine glasses, and when we got really desperate, some cocktail glasses.

Needless to say, it was time for some new glassware. I knew I wanted unique wine glasses that had texture, were clear glass, and a set of 4 (so I could buy two sets).  After some digging, I discovered these I got these classic, ribbed glasses  for under $14 each, and they are absolutely stunning. 
I got them just in time for our New Year's Eve celebration, but I'm even more excited about using them in the new year. They feel elegant and luxurious, and I think they bring a touch of sophistication to my entire tablescape.  If you're looking for stemless wine glasses, there's a stemless version too.
They are a perfect complement to my stoneware dishes that I purchased last year. I got them during the Wayfair 5 Days of Deal Clearance and they have actually come down even more in price since when I originally bought them!

I use them to create a transitional tablescape and I feel like these fluted glasses were exactly what the table was missing.
