Canopy beds are beautiful, but throw in some black metal and some neutral linen, and they become the show-stopping focal point of a bedroom. I’ve actually been working on this McGee and Co. Sutherland bed dupe for a while, as I wanted to make sure I found some solid options. This request came from a follower on Instagram and since I’m a massive McGee & Co. fan, I wanted to dupe it right.
Mixing the coolness of the metal with the warmness of the upholstered headboard makes this modern traditional bed so inviting. I could see it in a transitional bedroom or guest bedroom, paired with some wood bedside tables.
